What we collect
When you send an inquiry or request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business email, company, and the details of your project (products, quantities, target market, messages). We also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a campaign link, its campaign parameters, so we know how you found us.
For site statistics we record the pages you open, the page you arrived from, your browser language, approximate country and screen size. We do not store your IP address. A first-party cookie holds a random identifier so that we can tell a returning visitor from a new one; it contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone.
How we use it
Only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and follow up on the project you asked about. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them, and we never sell or rent your details.
Who sees it
Our sales and engineering team. Your inquiry is delivered to us by email through our email provider, and may be stored in the business tools we use to manage customer projects. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as the business relationship or the project they relate to is active, and deleted when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Write to us using the contact details on this website and we will respond promptly. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets one statistics cookie ("thepro_v"): a random identifier, valid for one year, used only by this website to recognise a returning browser. It holds no personal data and is never shared with advertising networks or other third parties. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. The "Inquiry List" feature keeps the products you selected in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you come back; nothing from it is sent to us until you submit a form. The admin area uses a login cookie that only our staff receive.
